Assistant Supervisor (International Student Recruitment) at Community Trust Network

Job Summary

Community Trust Network is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Supervisor to support the growth and operations of our International Student Recruitment Division. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving student recruitment targets, managing a team of recruiters, building strong institutional relationships, and overseeing the entire student admissions and conversion process.

This role requires exceptional leadership, marketing, and communication skills, with hands-on experience in student recruitment and education consultancy.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the student recruitment team
• Develop and execute strategic recruitment and marketing plans to achieve student enrolment targets
• Generate and convert leads into successful student enrolments
• Provide leadership and mentorship to recruiters, ensuring efficiency and target achievement
• Establish and maintain partnerships with international institutions, agents, and other stakeholders
• Oversee counselling processes and ensure accuracy and quality in all student applications
• Track and analyze recruitment metrics to ensure optimal team performance
• Conduct performance reviews and recommend improvements or training where necessary
• Organize and participate in education fairs, webinars, and recruitment campaigns
• Ensure compliance with international admissions procedures, visa regulations, and institutional requirements
• Manage communication between students, parents, and partner institutions
• Collaborate with management to identify new market opportunities and develop expansion strategies

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree, HND, or equivalent in any related field
• Minimum of 3–4 years of experience in student recruitment, education consultancy, or study abroad services
• Proven experience in managing a team and achieving set enrolment targets
