A dynamic team is expanding and looking for the right talent. Position Overview:
  • Platform Finance Company Limited is seeking a well-experienced and results-driven Assistant Manager to join our Sales Department.
  • The ideal candidate will support the Sales Manager in driving business growth, managing the sales team, and achieving company targets.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in planning and implementing sales strategies
  • Support and supervise the sales team to meet set targets
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients
  • Monitor sales performance and prepare reports
  • Identify new business opportunities and market trends
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably within a finance or related industry (Female.)
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
  • Good understanding of sales operations and customer relationship management.
