Candidates must have Bachelor's Honours Degree in Administration, Arts, Social Sciences and other related fields and 4 years relevant administrative work experience in Public or any other Comparable institution of Learning with good knowledge of ICT.

Possession of Postgraduate Diploma/Degree in relevant field of administration/Management will be an added advantage. Membership of professionalbody is required.
