## Title: Assistant Business Development Manager

Position Overview

Beacongate Limited seeks a dynamic and results-driven Assistant Business Development Manager to support the growth and expansion of our branding and print business on the Lagos Mainland. The ideal candidate will play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, driving revenue growth, and strengthening our market presence.

The successful candidate must be strategic, innovative, client-focused, proactive, and adaptable.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities within target markets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate and retail clients
  • Support the development and execution of business growth strategies
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities
  • Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, presentations, and pitches to clients
  • Collaborate with production and design teams to ensure client expectations are met
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet revenue targets
  • Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management
  • Represent the company at networking events and industry engagements
  • Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • 3–5 years' experience in business development, preferably within branding, printing, advertising, or a related industry
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Demonstrated ability to drive innovation and identify growth opportunities
  • Highly client-focused and result-oriented mindset
  • Proactive and adaptable, able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Strong networking and relationship management capabilities
