Job Summary
This position offers a great opportunity for career growth. The incumbent is responsible for all aspects of membership development in the Zone. Additionally, this role will coordinate training and director capacity development and provide essential support for training initiatives, ensuring seamless execution and optimal member experience in relation to Programs and Event coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of membership development in the Zone

- Provide essential support for training initiatives

- Optimize member experience across all initiatives
Academic & Professional Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or any other related field
- Minimum of four (4) years relevant work experience in a similar role
Competency and Skills Requirements
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional and inter-regional teams
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Well-developed persuasion and marketing skills
