## Title: Assistant Human Resources Manager
Position Overview
A reputable organization seeks a dedicated individual for the role of Assistant Human Resources Manager. This is a full-time position located in Ogijo, Ogun.
Key Responsibilities
- Foster positive employee relationships, resolve conflicts, and promote a healthy work environment
- Oversee the recruitment process, conduct interviews, and ensure the best talent is hired
- Coordinate training sessions, workshops, and seminars to enhance employee skills and productivity
- Ensure adherence to labor laws, safety standards, and industry regulations
- Maintain accurate employee records, manage employee benefits, and prepare HR reports
- Assist in developing HR strategies aligned with organizational goals
- Minimize legal liabilities and reputational damage by ensuring contractors operate within legal and safety boundaries
- Guarantee that outsourced work meets the organization's standards and objectives
- Proactively identify and manage potential issues, such as safety hazards, payment complications, or operational disruptions to protect the organization's reputation and operations
- Monitor and avert potential strike actions by contract workers through effective management
- Verify contractors' credentials and insurance coverage to date
- Ensure contractors meet legal and regulatory requirements
- Foster clear and effective communication between Heads of Departments, shift supervisors, and contractors

Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in human resources management, preferably in the steel or manufacturing industry
