## Title: Assistant Head of Sales

About the Role

We invite applications from suitably qualified candidates for the position of Assistant Head of Sales at Chateau Royal Real Estate Limited. This is a strategic leadership role responsible for driving sales growth and revenue generation across the company's real estate portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

  • Formulate and articulate strategic plans for sales growth and revenue streams in collaboration with the Head of Sales to maximize income and achieve company objectives
  • Promote and institutionalize Chateau Royal's positioning as the premier real estate company in Nigeria and establish the Chateau Royal brand as a top-of-mind brand in the real estate industry
  • Develop branding, packaging, and messaging strategies for real estate products and services to build brand awareness and ensure market-leading positioning
  • Identify target markets and audiences while maximizing exposure through compelling buy-pull strategies
  • Oversee product definition, differentiation, market segmentation, and positioning strategies
  • Develop and coordinate marketing and communications strategies across multiple channels including social media marketing, television, search engine marketing, telesales, email marketing, direct mail, trade shows, exhibitions, and promotional events
  • Manage the company's websites to effectively market and sell all real estate products
  • Prepare sales and marketing budgets and drive performance to achieve sales targets
  • Control marketing and selling expenses to achieve approved budgets and realize company margins and earnings objectives
  • Identify and conceive new products and services or adapt existing offerings in liaison with Consulting and Construction Divisions
  • Refine products for pre-identified target audiences to meet existing market needs and demand
  • Provide support, motivation, and direction to sales teams
