## Title: Assistant Director of Physical Planning

An established organization is recruiting for the position of Assistant Director of Physical Planning.

B.Tech Degree in Quantity Survey OR Degree in Architecture from a recognized institution
Minimum of twelve (12) years of post-qualification cognate experience
Preferably significant experience in engineering services relevant to a University Works Department
Registered member of the Nigerian Institute of Quantity Surveyors (NIQS)
Registered with the Architects Registration Council of Nigeria (ARCON)
