About the Role
Unifoam Group is expanding its commercial footprint and seeking high-performing Area Sales Managers to drive growth, strengthen market presence, and lead sales execution across key territories in Lagos, Nigeria.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and volume targets in the assigned territory
- Lead, motivate, and manage field sales representatives to deliver outstanding market coverage
- Identify new business opportunities and expand distribution channels
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key stakeholders
- Monitor competitor activities and provide market intelligence to management
- Ensure effective merchandising, stock availability, and visibility in all sales outlets
- Prepare and submit periodic sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates
Requirements
- Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum of 3–5 years proven experience in sales or territory management
- Experience in foam or household products (an added advantage)
- Strong negotiation, communication, and leadership skills
- Ability to work independently and meet aggressive targets
- Must reside within or be familiar with Lagos
