About The Role
As an Area Sales Manager, you will own your state market and drive significant sales growth while expanding distribution. You'll be responsible for achieving and exceeding monthly sales targets, strengthening key relationships, and representing the company professionally across your territory.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales growth and expand distribution across your state market
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets (cartons sold, revenue generated)
- Strengthen relationships with wholesalers, retailers, and distributors
- Identify and capture new opportunities to grow brand presence
- Monitor stock flow and ensure accurate, timely reporting
- Represent the company professionally in your territory
What We're Looking For
- 5–7 years of proven FMCG sales experience with strong results in your state
- Established relationships with distributors, retailers, and food outlets
- Strong negotiation, communication, and market development skills
- Tech-friendly: able to use smartphone tools, Google Sheets, and CRM systems
- Resilient, proactive, and results-driven mindset
