## Title: Area Sales Manager - Borno

General Objective

Ensure sales management procedures and operations are effectively achieved across the entire region. Partner with key distributors, sub-dealers, and wholesalers in the designated territory to maintain smooth workflow and foster healthy business relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and increase sales of company products
  • Reach targets and goals set for your area
  • Establish, maintain, and expand the customer base
  • Develop sales strategies and set targets
  • Monitor team performance and motivate staff to reach targets
  • Collect customer feedback and conduct market research
  • Stay current with products and competitor activities

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • 4-7 years of experience in sales management, preferably in a similar industry or market segment
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated ability to build and lead high-performing sales teams
  • Strategic thinking and analytical skills
  • Results-driven mindset with a track record of achieving sales targets and goals
  • Knowledge of sales techniques, negotiation strategies, and customer relationship management
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales automation tools
  • Ability to travel within the assigned territory
  • Adaptability and flexibility to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
