A reputable organization seeks a dedicated individual to join their architecture team in a leadership and project delivery capacity.

Key Responsibilities

• Take project briefs through execution and delivery with minimal supervision
• Lead and manage architectural projects from conception to completion
• Collaborate with construction and consulting teams on project delivery

Required Qualifications

• Professional Certification (ARCON, NIA)
• Active experience working in a successful Construction Company or reputable Consulting Firm
• Competency and adequate knowledge of latest construction design software and drafting tools (CAD, REVIT, SketchUp, etc.)

Preferred Qualifications

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification

Required Competencies

• Strong project management and execution capabilities
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Proficiency with CAD, REVIT, SketchUp, and other design software
• High motivation and professional attitude
• Integrity and impeccable character
