## Title: Architect

About the Role

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Architect to join our team at Leadroitt Realty Limited. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, planning, and overseeing construction projects, ensuring functionality, safety, and aesthetics.

Key Responsibilities

Develop architectural designs and detailed drawings
Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and clients to bring projects to life
Ensure compliance with building codes, safety standards, and regulations
Prepare cost estimates and project timelines
Supervise construction progress and provide technical guidance
Incorporate sustainable and innovative solutions into designs

Requirements

Minimum qualification: B.Sc./M.Sc. in Architecture
Minimum of 3 years of experience in architectural design and project management
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other design tools
Professional certification: COREN/ARCON registration (advantageous)
