## Title: Architect – 3D Design & Spatial Concepts

About the Role

This position offers a great opportunity for career growth. We are seeking a highly creative and technically skilled Architect with strong 3D design capabilities to support the development and visualization of spatial and structural concepts for corporate and office construction, marketing activations, and brand installations.

Key Responsibilities

Create high-quality 3D models, renderings, and architectural visuals
Interpret client briefs and translate them into scalable spatial concepts
Collaborate with creative, production, and technical teams
Provide detailed technical drawings and support implementation

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (minimum)
2–3 years of professional experience in architectural design, preferably in the Advertising or Events Industry
Excellent design thinking capabilities
Proficiency in design software: AutoCAD, Revit, Vray, SketchUp, and Lumion
Strong visualization and presentation skills
