Position Overview

A reputable organization seeks a dedicated Architect to join their team in Lagos, Nigeria.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or higher in Architecture from a recognized institution
• Minimum of 3–5 years post-NYSC experience in architectural design within the real estate or property development sector
• ARCON or COREN registration (added advantage)
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Lumion, Photoshop, and other architectural visualization tools
• Strong understanding of property development processes, from concept design to construction and finishing
• Ability to prepare architectural drawings, layouts, working drawings, and presentation models
• Familiarity with real estate market trends, building regulations, and environmental standards
