About the Role

Lead British International School Limited (LBIS) in Ibadan is seeking a qualified Arabic and Islamic Studies Teacher for a full-time, on-site position. You will be responsible for preparing and delivering engaging lessons, developing tailored lesson plans, and fostering a positive learning environment for diverse learners.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver effective lessons in Arabic and Islamic Studies
• Develop structured lesson plans tailored to individual and group needs
• Engage students in effective teaching and learning practices
• Assess and track student progress regularly
• Promote a positive and inclusive learning environment
• Contribute to students' educational and social development
• Provide constructive feedback and communicate with students and parents

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Arabic, Islamic Studies, Education, or a related field
• Proficiency in Arabic language
• Strong understanding of Islamic teachings
• Teaching and training experience
• Demonstrated competence in lesson planning and organization
• Strong foundational knowledge of education and teaching methodologies
• Excellent communication skills

Preferred Experience

• Prior experience teaching Arabic and Islamic Studies
