Position Overview

A dynamic team is expanding and looking for the right talent to join our power plant operations facility.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily shift operations of substations and independently perform overhaul, repair, and troubleshooting of engines, including utility aspects
• Operate and maintain transformers, VCBs, and ACBs
• Provide electrical engineering expertise for transformers, generators, motors, relays, cables, and related equipment
• Operate and troubleshoot DOL, star delta starters, and VFD systems
• Operate and troubleshoot PCC and MCC systems
• Devise and implement appropriate preventive maintenance (PM) schedules for all critical equipment in accordance with OEM recommendations
• Maintain ISO documentation and ensure proper implementation of maintenance protocols
• Perform maintenance and repair of all instruments, PLC control systems, and LV, MV, and HV switchgears
• Carry out electrical equipment maintenance in the power plant and associated facilities

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Computer literacy and proficiency in relevant software systems
• Strong knowledge of electrical power plant operations and maintenance
• Experience with engine maintenance (Bergen or Wartsila engines preferred)
• Responsibility, honesty, and professional communication skills
