Agronomist / Farm Manager

We are seeking an experienced Agronomist / Farm Manager to oversee day-to-day farm operations and drive productivity across our organic crops and floriculture operations. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage crop planning, planting, harvesting, and post-harvest handling

• Supervise farm workers and daily field activities

• Implement best agronomic and organic farming practices

• Monitor soil health, irrigation, pest and disease control

• Prepare weekly and monthly farm performance reports

• Support expansion into greenhouse, floriculture, and export-ready produce

Requirements:

• Degree or diploma in Agronomy, Agriculture, or related field

• Practical experience managing commercial farms

• Strong understanding of crop management and farm operations

• Good leadership, reporting, and communication skills

• Passion for sustainable and organic farming
