## Title: Agency Manager

Position Overview

We are seeking a qualified candidate for the Agency Manager position. The Agency Manager is responsible for identifying potential clients, assessing their insurance needs, presenting different policy options based on those needs, and ultimately selling insurance policies to individuals or businesses.

Key Responsibilities

Identify potential clients and business opportunities
Assess client insurance needs and requirements
Present appropriate policy options tailored to client needs
Sell insurance policies to individuals and businesses

Eligibility Criteria

HND in Business Administration, Insurance, or related discipline
Minimum of 2 years' experience in a related role
Proven track record of successful sales within the insurance industry
