After Sales Executive at Ascentech Services Limited

An established company is recruiting for the following position. Salary Range: ₦80,000 – ₦150,000 (Gross Monthly) Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive After-Sales Executive to support our spare parts and service operations. The ideal candidate will handle customer communication, coordinate service activities, process quotations and invoices, and ensure timely reporting and documentation. Experience in CRM or service coordination will be an added advantage. Qualifications:

• HND/B.Sc. in Business Administration or a related field

• 1–2 years relevant experience in service, sales support, or spare parts operations

• Strong computer skills (MS Office: Excel, Word, Outlook)

• Good communication and organizational abilities

• Experience with CRM tools is an advantage

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate after-sales service activities to maintain customer satisfaction.

• Prepare quotations and process orders for spare parts and repairs.

• Handle invoicing and ensure accurate documentation of transactions.

• Follow up with customers on service delivery and payment status.

• Submit periodic reports as required by management.

• Maintain organized filing of all service and sales records.
