About the Role

We invite applications from suitably qualified candidates to join our team as an After Sales Engineer.

Responsibilities

• Perform product repair, testing, and maintenance to ensure functionality
• Read and interpret electronic circuit diagrams and analyze faults based on these diagrams
• Use soldering iron and other repair tools to solder and replace motherboard hardware
• Communicate with customers and technical teams to address after-sales technical issues
• Maintain detailed service logs and reports
• Coordinate with the engineering team for system checks and upgrades
• Install and service both on-grid and off-grid solar systems

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or a related field
• Minimum 1 year of practical experience as an After Sales Engineer in a solar company
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with electrical circuit faults and diagnostics
• Willingness to perform on-site and field work
• Excellent time management, communication, and customer relationship management skills
