About the Role
An established company is seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Officer to support daily office operations and enhance organizational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Manage office operations, supplies, and procurement of administrative materials
- Maintain filing systems (digital and physical) and organize meetings, schedules, and travel arrangements
- Handle correspondence, emails, and documentation
- Support departments with administrative tasks
- Ensure office equipment and facilities are functional
Requirements
- Degree or HND qualification in Business Administration or a related field
- 0–5 years of experience
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Proficiency with MS Office tools
