## Title: Administrative Officer

Job Summary

Smart Partners seeks a dedicated Administrative Officer to provide comprehensive administrative support and ensure efficient office operations. The role involves managing office supplies, coordinating meetings, maintaining records, and assisting multiple departments to enhance overall organizational effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day administrative activities and ensure smooth office operations
  • Maintain and update company databases, records, and files
  • Coordinate meetings, schedules, and appointments
  • Prepare and organize correspondence, reports, and documentation
  • Handle incoming and outgoing communications (emails, calls, messages)
  • Manage office supplies, inventory, and procurement processes
  • Support HR with onboarding, documentation, and basic employee coordination
  • Assist in organizing company events, trainings, and engagements
  • Respond to staff and visitor inquiries professionally
  • Ensure the office environment is clean, functional, and well-maintained
  • Liaise with vendors, service providers, and external partners
  • Perform additional administrative tasks as assigned

Requirements

  • HND or B.Sc Degree in Business Administration or a related field
  • 4–6 years proven experience in an administrative role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Attention to detail and ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Good time management and problem-solving skills
  • Professional appearance and conduct
  • Residence on the Island is preferred for proximity purposes
