## Title: Administrative Officer

About the Role

We are expanding our dynamic team and seeking a talented Administrative Officer to join our branch. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth daily operations, maintaining critical documentation, and serving as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Office Operations

  • Oversee daily administrative activities to ensure smooth branch operations
  • Implement and maintain basic office procedures and protocols
  • Ensure office supplies, equipment, and facilities are well organized and functional
  • Handle vendor coordination and general office logistics

Documentation & Compliance

  • Maintain proper records, documentation, and filing systems
  • Handle external administrative processes with banks, government agencies, and service providers as required
  • Ensure branch activities align with company policies and regulatory requirements
  • Handle confidential information responsibly

Communication & Coordination

  • Serve as a point of contact for internal and external correspondence at the branch level
  • Coordinate effectively with head office and relevant stakeholders
  • Assist with meeting logistics, reporting, and general communication needs

Facility & Asset Management

  • Ensure the office environment is clean, functional, and secure
  • Monitor branch assets and promptly report maintenance or repair needs

Additional Duties

  • Carry out any other administrative responsibilities as assigned

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (BA/HND) in a relevant field
  • Prior experience in administrative or operations roles is an advantage
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Basic proficiency with office software (Word, Excel, email, etc.)
  • Trustworthy and reliable professional
