## Title: Administrative Officer

Role Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Administrative Officer to provide central support to our growing team. You will manage day-to-day office operations and handle all internal and external correspondence across three brands: Lery Hago Travels, Weaves by Lery, and LH Homes.

In this role, you will ensure that communication is well-documented, information flows smoothly between teams, and the office operates in an organized and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage incoming and outgoing calls, emails, messages, and official correspondence for all three brands
  • Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems for documents, records, and contracts
  • Support the preparation of letters, reports, presentations, and internal memos
  • Coordinate office activities, meetings, and basic logistics across the brands
  • Liaise with clients, vendors, and partners in a professional and timely manner
  • Support onboarding documentation and basic staff records in collaboration with management
  • Monitor office supplies and coordinate with vendors for replenishment
  • Assist with finance support tasks such as petty cash records and basic reconciliations as assigned
  • Ensure the office environment remains tidy, professional, and ready to receive clients and partners
  • Provide administrative support on special projects and events across the brands as needed

Required Skills and Experience

  • Previous experience in an administrative role in a corporate, hospitality, travel, beauty, or service environment
  • Strong organizational and record-keeping skills
  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • Confident use of email, Microsoft Office, and basic online tools
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple requests simultaneously
  • Strong attention to detail and follow-through
  • Professional attitude and good interpersonal skills with staff, clients, and vendors

Preferred Profile

  • Experience supporting multiple brands or business units simultaneously
