Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and organized Administrative Officer to join our team in Otokutu, near Warri. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the company.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage office operations and administrative procedures
- Maintain records, files, and correspondence
- Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and logistics
- Support HR and procurement functions as needed
- Ensure efficient communication across departments
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant administrative experience
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
