## Title: Administrative Officer

About the Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated professional. We are seeking a highly experienced and tech-savvy Administrative Officer to join a reputable organization in Ikoyi, Lagos. The role requires strong organizational, communication, and operational management skills, coupled with the ability to leverage technology to streamline office operations and support executive functions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day office operations, ensuring efficiency and smooth workflow
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence for management using advanced office tools
  • Coordinate meetings, schedules, and appointments for executives and teams
  • Maintain accurate records, databases, and digital filing systems
  • Handle procurement, office supplies, and vendor management
  • Support HR functions, including staff onboarding, records management, and documentation
  • Facilitate effective communication between management, staff, and external stakeholders
  • Assist in budgeting, expense tracking, and financial record-keeping using tech-enabled solutions
  • Implement and improve office policies, procedures, and workflow processes
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements

Required Knowledge, Skills & Tools

  • Highly proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other digital office management tools
  • Ability to quickly learn and implement new software and technology solutions
  • Strong organizational, planning, and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving capability

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar administrative or executive support role
  • Proven track record in managing complex office operations independently
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Must reside within close proximity to Ikoyi, Lagos
