The Administrative Executive will be responsible for providing efficient administrative and operational support to ensure the smooth day-to-day functioning of the Company. This role involves coordinating office activities, managing records, supporting management and staff, and ensuring compliance with internal policies and procedures. The Administrative Executive will work closely with management, departments, and external stakeholders to enhance organizational efficiency and effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Manage daily administrative and office operations.
- Maintain accurate company records, files, and documentation (physical and electronic).
- Coordinate correspondence, emails, and official communications.
- Support human resource administrative functions such as staff records, leave documentation, and onboarding processes.
- Prepare reports, memos, and presentations as required by management.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Oversee office supplies, inventory, and vendor relationships.
- Support compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.
- Assist with basic accounting and documentation support where required.
- Liaise with regulatory bodies, service providers, and partners when necessary.
- Data entry
- 2–5 years relevant administrative or office management experience.
- Experience working in a structured corporate or operational environment is an advantage.
- Strong administrative and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong time-management and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Professional attitude and strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
