## Title: Admin Officer – Facility Management

About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and organized Admin Officer to join our expanding team and manage facility operations, procurement, and administrative functions for our Lagos office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and manage the annual departmental budget
  • Procure office supplies and consumables at competitive prices while maintaining detailed consumption records
  • Negotiate with vendors and suppliers to ensure quality products at the best prices
  • Maintain and grow the vendor and supplier list through effective liaison and relationship management
  • Design and implement office policies, establishing standards and procedures
  • Conduct research on process improvement methods to enhance efficiency while minimizing costs
  • Process and manage all office utility and domestic bills (internet, phone, DSTV, waste disposal, power, diesel, fuel, subscriptions, and computer upgrades)
  • Manage and maintain plant and machinery, including power generating sets on the premises
  • Oversee general office maintenance, supervising maintenance personnel and managing company equipment and assets
  • Supervise and monitor support staff and customer service teams
  • Conduct staff performance appraisals
  • Monitor and instruct security personnel on premises security protocols
  • Design and implement an efficient filing system for easy document retrieval

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree (B.Sc.); Master's Degree is desirable
  • 2–4 years of experience in Facility Management, Procurement, and Administration
  • Relevant professional certification
  • Age between 25–32 years
  • Female applicant preferred (for gender balance)
