About the Role
A reputable organization is expanding their team and seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Admin Officer to join their dynamic group. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative and operational support to ensure smooth day-to-day running of the office. You must be organized, reliable, and able to handle multiple tasks effectively.
Compensation
Annual Gross Remuneration: ₦1.8M
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily administrative operations and ensure office efficiency
- Maintain accurate records and filing systems for documentation
- Manage office supplies, inventory, and vendor relationships
- Support HR functions, including attendance tracking and staff coordination
- Assist in organizing meetings, preparing reports, and handling correspondence
- Ensure compliance with company policies and administrative procedures
- Handle basic bookkeeping and support finance-related tasks as required
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in administrative or office management roles
Required Skills and Competencies
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- High level of integrity, reliability, and attention to detail
