## Title: Admin Officer

About the Role

We invite applications from suitably qualified candidates to join Crossover Microfinance Bank as an Admin Officer in Lagos, Nigeria.

Key Responsibilities

Administrative and Operational Support

  • Handle daily office operations, documentation, filing, and record-keeping for all departments
  • Coordinate meetings, internal communication, staff scheduling, and vendor interactions

Regulatory, Compliance and KYC Support

  • Conduct KYC verification for agents before issuing POS terminals or granting operational access
  • Maintain proper documentation of agents, contracts, and required regulatory records

POS Terminal Management and Technical Support

  • Handle procurement, documentation, and issuance of POS terminals to qualified agents after completing KYC checks
  • Provide first-level support for POS terminal issues (printer errors, connectivity issues, device resets)

Basic IT Support

  • Provide first-level IT troubleshooting (hardware, software, connectivity, system login challenges)
  • Support the setup of new systems, devices, and user accounts for staff

Procurement and Vendor Management

  • Manage procurement needs for terminals, office supplies, accessories, and operational materials
  • Maintain strong relationships with vendors to ensure competitive pricing and availability

Key Requirements

  • OND / HND / B.Sc. in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
  • 1–3 years' experience in an administrative role (experience in sports betting or gaming is an added advantage)
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent communication and reporting skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
