Admin Officer at Ama-Zuma Group

About the Role

We are looking for an Administrative Officer to join the Ama-Zuma Group team and support our daily office procedures. A successful Administrative Officer will act as the point of contact for all employees, providing administrative support and managing their queries.

Ultimately, you should be able to ensure our administrative activities run smoothly on a daily and long-term basis.

Key Responsibilities

• Proper recording and filing of documents and approval of memos
• Maintain and update company databases
• Prepare reports and presentations with statistical data as assigned
• Raise exit passes and waybills for trucks and peddlers allocated to the Oil & Gas section
• Execute all General Manager Directorate (GMD) instructions as assigned
• Organize a filing system for important and confidential company documents
• Send daily reports on available trucks for fueling to the secretariat
• Conduct monthly reconciliation of stationary tank inventory
• Reconcile tires and submit requests as needed
• Monitor truck movements and prepare schedules for truck servicing
• Ensure effective post-trip inspections and address truck drivers' complaints
• Manage office stock and prepare regular reports (expenses, office budgets)
• Preparation of memos and organization of company records

Required Qualifications

• Degree qualification; additional qualification in Office Administration is a plus
• Proven work experience as an Administrative Officer or similar administrative role
• Working knowledge of office equipment and office management tools
• Experience with office management software, specifically MS Excel and MS Word
