## Title: Admin Officer / Accountant

About the Role

A reputable organization seeks a dedicated individual for this role as an Admin Officer / Accountant.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily office operations and ensure the smooth functioning of administrative activities
  • Monitor daily communications and respond to queries
  • Record and file cash transactions
  • Ensure payments, amounts, and records are correct
  • Maintain physical and digital filing systems for records, reports, memos, and confidential documents
  • Manage office supplies, place orders, and track usage to prevent shortages or overstocking
  • Process and file invoices
  • Coordinate logistics for meetings, workshops, and company events
  • Handle facility management including cleaning, security, repairs, and maintenance
  • Process expense requests for the accountant to approve
  • Perform bank reconciliation
  • Process incoming and outgoing correspondence and ensure timely communication with staff and stakeholders
  • Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and official documentation
  • Manage travel arrangements and accommodation for staff and executives
  • Monitor and manage administrative budgets and vendor invoices
  • Liaise with third-party providers, clients, and suppliers
  • Update and maintain procedural documentation
  • Support HR, Finance, and Operations teams with documentation and administrative tasks

Required Qualifications

  • Relevant qualifications with 1–3 years of experience
  • Female candidate within 25–30 years age range

Required Skills

  • Organizational Skills – Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
  • Communication Skills – Strong verbal and written communication for internal and external correspondence
  • Time Management – Ability to meet deadlines and manage schedules efficiently
  • Problem-Solving – Capable of handling unexpected situations and resolving administrative issues
  • IT Proficiency – Skilled in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), email systems, and office management software
