## Title: Admin Officer/Accountant

About the Role

Perfection Motor Company Limited seeks a dedicated and organized professional to join our team as an Admin Officer/Accountant. You will be responsible for overseeing daily office operations and ensuring the smooth functioning of administrative and financial activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily office operations and ensure the smooth functioning of administrative activities
  • Monitor daily communications and respond to inquiries
  • Record and file cash transactions
  • Verify payments, amounts, and records for accuracy
  • Maintain physical and digital filing systems for records, reports, memos, and confidential documents
  • Manage office supplies, place orders, and track usage to prevent shortages or overstocking
  • Process and file invoices
  • Coordinate logistics for meetings, workshops, and company events
  • Handle facility management including cleaning, security, repairs, and maintenance
  • Process expense requests for accountant approval
  • Perform bank reconciliation
  • Process incoming and outgoing correspondence and ensure timely communication with staff and stakeholders
  • Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and official documentation
  • Manage travel arrangements and accommodation for staff and executives
  • Monitor and manage administrative budgets and vendor invoices
  • Liaise with third-party providers, clients, and suppliers
  • Update and maintain procedural documentation
  • Support HR, Finance, and Operations teams with documentation and administrative tasks

Requirements

  • Relevant qualifications with 1–3 years of professional experience
  • Female candidate, aged 25–30 years
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for internal and external correspondence
  • Proficiency in time management with ability to meet deadlines and manage schedules efficiently
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities to handle unexpected situations and resolve administrative issues
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), email systems, and office management software
