We are looking for a qualified candidate to fill this position. Key Responsibilities:
  • Demonstrate a friendly and cooperative attitude and maintain a high level of customer care.
  • Operate office machines like personal computers, facsimile machines and voice mail systems.
  • Regularly adhere to business procedures and guidelines.
  • Handle time sensitive Materials like urgent and confidential packages.
  • Restock supply closet with printing ink, pen, paper, clips, staplers, folders, files and correction fluid.
  • Maintain existing filing system and assist in sorting and filing paperwork in designated files.
  • Manage and maintain records pertaining to office expenses and also perform basic bookkeeping duties.
  • Assist to copy, collect and distributing office paperwork as at when requested.
Required Qualifications:
  • HND / B.Sc Degree
  • 3 - 5 years and above in Office Admin/Clerk.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Knowledge of specific software use within the organisation.
