Job Summary
A dynamic team is expanding and seeking an experienced Administrative Manager to oversee administrative operations across corporate offices and construction sites. You will ensure smooth facility management, statutory compliance, vendor coordination, and effective cost control.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day administrative and site office operations
- Manage facilities, security, housekeeping, transport, and accommodation services
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, licenses, permits, and statutory requirements
- Coordinate with project teams and corporate departments
- Manage administrative vendors and contracts
- Prepare and control administrative budgets and expenses
- Lead and supervise administrative staff
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Administration or related field
- 10+ years of administrative experience
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and statutory compliance
- Experience handling multiple project sites
- Proficiency in MS Office and/or ERP systems
