About the Role
We are expanding our dynamic team and seeking talented professionals to join us. As an Accounts Manager, you will be responsible for engaging with customers and building strong, lasting relationships that drive business growth.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Create, develop, and maintain high-quality relationships with customers, including creative structuring of solutions that meet their needs
- Manage an assigned portfolio of consumers, ensuring maximization of potential from each account
- Ensure all customer complaints are escalated and resolved within agreed timeframes
- Improve the existing customer database by deploying comprehensive KYC (Know Your Customer) processes and ensuring adequate completion
- Operate as the focal point for all customer-specific complaints and inquiries
- Review customer profiles and promote relevant value-added services
- Prepare periodic reports for the Lead, Customer Service
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Lead, Customer Service
Minimum Qualifications and Experience
- First degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Social Sciences, or related field
- Minimum of 3–5 years of relevant work experience
Required Competencies and Attributes
- Working knowledge of utility billing, payment, and collection processes
- Power network knowledge
- Excellent understanding of energy industry standards
- Strong customer relationship management skills
- Good understanding of regulatory policies
- Problem-solving skills
- Commercial insight
