Key Responsibilities

Financial Management

• Provide support for all accounting functions for one or more organizations
• Assist in generating accurate and timely periodic financial statements for multiple organizations
• Support accounting staff and ensure alignment with organisational goals
• Monitor assets and finances, including purchases, accounts payable, general ledger, payroll, and capital expenditures/equipment

Operational Oversight

• Manage accounting-related information and documentation
• Monitor budget compliance and conduct reconciliations of cash accounts
• Oversee cash receipts and disbursements
• Assist in managing operational, budgetary, and financial responsibilities for the organizations

Financial Analysis and Reporting

• Support financial and cost accounting functions, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, general ledger, forecasting, and budgeting
• Assist with end-of-period processes and analysis of business performance, budgets, and forecasts
• Manage and coordinate activities related to vendors and procurement
• Prepare timely monthly financial statements, payments, and cash-flow management reports for submission to management
