Job Summary

We are seeking a qualified Accounting and Business Studies Teacher to deliver engaging instruction to students at the SSCE, IGCSE, and JAMB levels. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and business studies, combined with excellent teaching and communication skills and a commitment to student success.

Key Responsibilities

• Teach Accounting and Business Studies by delivering engaging lessons covering financial accounting, cost accounting, business management, and economics
• Prepare and develop comprehensive lesson plans, assessments, and evaluations to meet curriculum requirements
• Maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages student participation and engagement
• Evaluate student progress, provide constructive feedback, and maintain accurate academic records
• Stay updated on developments in accounting and business studies, integrating new concepts and methodologies into teaching practices

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Studies, or related field (Master's degree preferred)
• Minimum 3 years of teaching experience at the secondary level, preferably with IGCSE
• Relevant teaching certifications, such as IGCSE
