Accountants - Credit Control and Compliance at Ekini White Tulip Consulting Limited

About the Role

We are seeking dynamic accountants to join our expanding team. The successful candidates will be primarily responsible for monitoring and driving timely collection of debts and receivables, as well as ensuring compliance with internal business and accounting controls.

The incumbents will also be responsible for keeping and tracking all company assets, including stock, money and receivables, in addition to managing payables.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact customers regarding past due invoices and drive timely collection
• Handle accounts payable and receivable
• Implement internal accounting and policy controls
• Control credit and manage debt collection
• Monitor and track company assets, including stock, cash and receivables

Qualifications

• BSc/HND in Accounting or equivalent qualification
• 2-3 years of experience in a trading environment
• Pharmaceutical industry experience is advantageous
• Proficient in MS Office tools with above-average proficiency in Microsoft Excel (mandatory)
• Familiarity with accounting packages, particularly QuickBooks
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• High integrity and ethical standards
• Willingness to travel and meet with customers to drive collection efforts
