Responsibilities

• Assist in posting transactions and maintaining accurate financial records
• Support preparation of invoices, petty cash, and expense reports
• Help with monthly reconciliations and financial statement preparation
• Assist in accounts payable and receivable processes
• Support the finance team during audits and compliance checks
• Maintain organized digital and physical financial records

Requirements

• Completed degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with accounting software is a plus
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and analytical skills
• Ability to meet deadlines and work both independently and collaboratively
• Enthusiastic about learning and gaining hands-on experience in accounting
