An established company is recruiting for the following position.
Core Responsibilities
- Financial statement and report preparation: Create and analyze financial statements, budgets, forecasts, and other reports, such as profit and loss statements and cash flow statements.
- Regulatory compliance: Ensure all financial records and statements comply with laws, regulations, and accounting standards, and prepare and file tax returns.
- Auditing: Conduct internal audits and examine financial systems to ensure accuracy and resolve any discrepancies.
- Financial analysis: Analyze financial data to identify risks, suggest ways to improve profitability, and provide data-driven recommendations to management.
- Budget and tax management: Assist in managing budgets, processing accounts payable and receivable, and analyzing tax liabilities to suggest future reductions.
- Financial advice: Advise management on financial strategy, investments, and other major financial decisions.
- Automation: Use accounting software (ODOO ERP will be a strong advantage) and tools to streamline tasks like data entry and reporting, allowing for a focus on high-level analysis.
- Financial record-keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including daily transactions, ledgers, and balance sheets.
- Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with 5 years experience.
