About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accountant to join our dynamic, expanding team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial records, preparing reports, filing tax returns, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations.

This role requires someone who can maintain accuracy in financial management while also providing insights and advice to support better decision-making and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records of all transactions (expenses, revenues, assets, liabilities)
• Prepare financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports
• Handle tax return preparation and filing, ensuring compliance with all tax laws and regulations
• Ensure compliance with accounting principles, internal policies, and relevant financial regulations
• Conduct periodic internal audits to verify accuracy and integrity of financial records
• Analyze financial data to provide insights on performance, cost-saving opportunities, and resource allocation
• Assist in budgeting and financial forecasting processes
• Provide regular reports and financial advice to management to support strategic decisions

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Proven experience as an Accountant, Auditor, or similar role
• Professional certification (ACA, ACCA, CPA) is an added advantage
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, tax laws, and financial regulations
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Zoho Books, or similar)
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills for financial analysis and reporting
• Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain financial information clearly
