• We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accountant to join our team.

• The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial records, preparing reports, filing tax returns, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations.

• This role requires someone who can not only maintain accuracy in financial management but also provide insights and advice to support better decision-making and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records of all transactions (expenses, revenues, assets, liabilities).

• Prepare financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports.

• Handle tax return preparation and filing, ensuring compliance with all tax laws and regulations.

• Ensure compliance with accounting principles, internal policies, and relevant financial regulations.

• Conduct periodic internal audits to verify accuracy and integrity of financial records.

• Analyze financial data to provide insights on performance, cost-saving opportunities, and resource allocation.

• Assist in budgeting and financial forecasting processes.

• Provide regular reports and financial advice to management to support strategic decisions.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

• Professional certification (ACA, ACCA, CPA) is an added advantage.

• Proven experience as an Accountant, Auditor, or similar role.

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, tax laws, and financial regulations.

• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Zoho Books, or similar).

• Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills for financial analysis and reporting.

• Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain financial information clearly.
