Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and general ledger entries in compliance with accounting principles and standards such as GAAP or IFRS
• Prepare essential financial documents such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements to provide insights into the organization's financial health
• Calculate tax obligations, prepare tax returns, and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal tax regulations
• Analyze financial data to identify trends, costs, revenues, and financial commitments to support forecasting and management decision-making
• Conduct internal audits to verify the accuracy of financial records and regulatory compliance
• Help implement and monitor internal controls to safeguard assets and ensure the integrity of financial reporting

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field
• 1 - 3 years of accounting experience
