Job Summary

We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Accountant to join our team in Ondo State. This role offers a great opportunity for career growth and is open to candidates with up to three (3) years of accounting or finance experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate financial records, reporting, and all accounting processes
• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports
• Assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial statements
• Reconcile bank statements and ensure all financial data is current
• Support audits by providing necessary documentation and information
• Process invoices, payments, and expense claims promptly
• Monitor cash flows and report variances
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal financial policies
• Perform other finance-related duties as assigned by management

Required Qualifications

• B.Sc. or HND in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 1–3 years of accounting or finance experience (NYSC experience acceptable)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic accounting software
• Strong attention to detail and excellent numerical skills
• Good communication and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and meet deadlines
• High level of integrity, professionalism, and ethical conduct
• Basic understanding of Nigerian tax laws and statutory compliance
• Must be a resident of Ondo State and its environs
