## Title: Accountant

About the Role

A reputable organization seeks a dedicated individual for this accounting position.

Responsibilities

  • Handle all accounting transactions and prepare budget forecasts
  • Publish timely financial statements and manage monthly, quarterly, and annual closings
  • Ensure prompt bank payments and prepare tax returns
  • Audit financial documents and reinforce data accuracy
  • Comply with financial policies and regulations

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or a finance-related field
  • 1 - 2 years of experience in accounting or finance
  • Strong knowledge of GAAP and accounting regulations
  • Proficiency in accounting software (FreshBooks, QuickBooks)
  • ICAN certification is a plus

Compensation

N200,000 per month
