About the Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated professional to join our accounting team in Lagos, Nigeria.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Preparation of Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable reconciliations and schedules
• Prepare corporate cash management and forecasting activities on a daily basis
• Process monthly prepayments, deposits, accrual postings, and update schedules
• Budget preparation and monitoring
• Prepare monthly Management Accounts and schedules
• Process PAYE Tax, Withholding Taxes, Pension, NHF, and NSITF remittances to relevant authorities
• Coordinate audit exercises with external auditors
• Ensure all internal financial procedures and statutory financial requirements are adhered to at all times

Requirements

• B.Sc Degree or HND in Accounting or Finance
• 2+ years of experience in accounts payable
• Proficiency with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage)
• Strong attention to detail and documentation

Compensation

N250,000 - N350,000 per month
