Accountant - Amani Advisory, Lagos

Salary Range: ₦250,000 – ₦300,000 monthly Position Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Accountant to manage the financial records of our fashion brand. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate accounts, handling daily financial operations, and supporting management with timely financial reports. Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate financial records and books of accounts

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports

• Manage accounts payable and receivable

• Monitor expenses, budgets, and cash flow

• Handle payroll processing and staff salary payments

• Reconcile bank statements and financial transactions

• Track inventory costs and production expenses

• Prepare and file statutory payments (PAYE, VAT, WHT, pensions, etc.)

• Support audit processes and ensure compliance with financial regulations

• Work closely with management to improve financial controls and profitability

Requirements: & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

• Minimum of 2–4 years experience (fashion or retail experience is an advantage)

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and Nigerian tax regulations

• Proficiency in Excel and accounting software

• High level of accuracy, integrity, and attention to detail

• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

• Good communication and reporting skills
