A dynamic team is expanding and looking for the right talent. Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare, maintain, and reconcile financial records, ledgers, and accounts.
  • Manage daily accounting entries, including receipts, payments, invoices, and journals.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management review.
  • Monitor cash flow, budgets, and expenditure to ensure financial efficiency.
  • Handle accounts payable and receivable, including vendor and client reconciliations.
  • Ensure timely remittance of statutory deductions and compliance with tax regulations (PAYE, VAT, WHT, etc.).
  • Support internal and external audits by providing required financial documentation.
  • Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records.
  • Assist with payroll processing in collaboration with the HR Department.
  • Support financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting activities.
  • Ensure adherence to company financial policies and internal controls.
Required Qualifications: & Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Professional certification (ICAN, ACCA, or equivalent) is an added advantage.
  • Minimum of 4–5 years’ relevant accounting experience, preferably in real estate or a related industry.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and Nigerian tax regulations.
  • Proficiency in accounting QuickBooks software and Microsoft Excel.
  • High level of accuracy, integrity, and attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
